 Examines rights, responsibilities and duties of union shop stewards.

  • STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES: Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:

    1.       Demonstrate the ability to investigate, evaluate issues, present and process grievances;

    2.       Be a resource to coworkers for solving relevant problems;

    3.       Negotiate conflict resolutions between workers and management;

    4.       Analyze core issues to make recommendations on escalated grievances not resolved.
