 Learn to communicate effectively as a labor and community leader.  Define and refine your leadership style.

This class is a 3 unit elective in the Labor Studies certificate and AA degree programs.

STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES: Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:

1.       Assess their own leadership style, as well as make adjustments to enable effective work with others;

2.       Analyze organizations they may lead and apply leadership principles during conflicts and multiple priorities; and

3.       Utilize communications skills effectively in labor and community relations.
