    Peoples' real issues getting lost under the grind at work?

    Maybe its time for your union to form a community services committee?  This class offers information and training for those in unions and community groups who help direct members to assistance in times of need. These committees don't just operate during strikes. Other members of community service committees have help during and after the Oakland Hills Fire, Loma Preata Quake, lay-offs, technological displacement, factory or plant closers, and when members need help find rehab programs.
