    STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES: Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:

    1.       Critically evaluate the situation of workers and unions in other countries in light of cultural and economic differences.

    2.       Identify problems created by the movement of capital and jobs to other countries, and propose solutions. 

    3.       Apply skills for communicating with workers and unions abroad.
